Russian Association of Motor Insurers The Russian Association of Motor Insurers, RAMI, was set up on 8 August 2002 and received state registration on 14 October 2002. It is a non-profit organi¬sation, constituting a united all-Russia professional association based on the principle of obligatory membership of insurers engaged in Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance. The RAMI implements its activity in line with Federal Law "On Compulsory Third Party Liability Insurance of Transport Vehicles' Owners" (No.40-FZ of 25 April 2002). The monument was relocated to the Leningadskoye highway
Drunk-driving victims’ memorial - a giant 12-meter high bottle filled with crashed cars - was moved to its permanent location today. It is based now at the intersection of the Leningadskoye and Mezhdunarodnoye highways in the vicinity of Moscow.
